• Processing Fee of RM20.00 (non-refundable).to be made in the form of Bank Draft/Postal Order, payable to "Universiti Industri Selangor"
• One set of certified photocopies of all academic certificates
• copy of recent Passport-size photograph (non-refundable)
• A photocopy of identity card

For International student
Application for International Student
Enclose the following:

• Application Processing Fee of RM 80.00 (non-returnable) in the form of Telegraphic Transfer is compulsory

• TOEFL : a score of 500
• IELTS  : a score of 5.5
• A certified copy of previous qualification to apply for exemption ( if applicable)
• A photocopy of international passport with at least 2 years of validity (including all blank pages)
• 8 photograph (passport-size)
